By paying or accepting an invoice from Redline Motors, the Buyer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Agreement & Ownership
All goods and services are provided as described in the quote or invoice. Ownership of the items transfers to the Buyer only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Delivery & Logistics
Delivery times provided are estimates only. Redline Motors (the Seller) is not liable for delays beyond its control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, Japanese export processing, or customs inspections in the destination country.
3. Sales & Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a refund is approved, it is granted solely at the Seller’s discretion.
4. Liability & Indemnity
The Seller’s total liability is limited to the amount paid under the specific invoice in question. The Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller against any claims arising from the misuse or misrepresentation of the goods provided.
5. Master Service Agreement
All transactions are subject to the Redline Motors Master Service Agreement, which can be reviewed in detail at redlinemotorsjp.tech.
