How do I place an order?
Orders are placed after a quote or invoice is approved and paid. Once payment is received, sourcing, bidding, or fulfillment begins.
How do I pay?
We accept secure online payment via invoice. Payment must be completed in full before any sourcing, bidding, or shipping takes place.
Do you require full payment upfront?
Yes. Due to the nature of international sourcing and auctions, full payment is required before we place bids, purchase items, or begin fulfillment.

Auction & Sourced Items

How does payment work for auction or specially sourced items?
For auction or custom-sourced items, customers must approve a maximum authorized purchase amount and complete payment in full before any bids or purchases are made.
What does the maximum authorized amount include?
The maximum authorized amount includes the item cost, sourcing and handling services, and estimated downstream costs such as logistics and shipping.
What happens if the final purchase price is lower than the authorized amount?
Any difference between the maximum authorized amount and the final purchase cost is applied toward shipping or handling costs. Cash refunds are not automatically issued.

Pricing & Fees

Are duties, taxes, or import fees included?
No. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) are assessed by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by item type and declared value and are outside of our control.

Shipping & Delivery

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are based on item size, weight, destination, and shipping method. Final shipping costs are confirmed once items are consolidated and ready for export.
Do you guarantee shipping prices or delivery dates?
No. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are estimates only and may change due to carrier availability, customs processing, fuel costs, or other factors outside our control.

Condition of Parts

Are parts new or used?
We offer both new and used components depending on availability. Many items are sourced specifically per customer request.
Are used parts tested or inspected?
Used parts are visually inspected when possible and described based on available information. Due to the nature of used components, condition may vary. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Engines & Transmissions

Do engines and transmissions come with a warranty?
No. Engines and transmissions are sold as used components and are provided as-is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
Can engines or transmissions be returned or exchanged?
No. All engine and transmission sales are final. Compatibility, installation, and compliance are the responsibility of the buyer or installer.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
No. Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been made and sourcing or bidding has begun.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Why are all sales final?
Items are sourced specifically for each customer and often cannot be returned to the original supplier. For this reason, all orders are considered final once confirmed.

Are items guaranteed to fit my vehicle?
No. Vehicle compatibility is the responsibility of the buyer or installer. We recommend confirming compatibility before purchasing.
Do you provide installation or technical support?
We can provide general information when available, but we do not offer installation services or technical guarantees. Professional installation is recommended.
What if I have questions before ordering?
We encourage all customers to ask questions before payment. Once an order is placed and paid, it is considered final.
